Effortlessly add flavor
I like to use fresh ginger and chili in my food. But it is time consuming to cut them for every meal. I make a ginger chili paste and freeze it. It speeds up cooking and is better than store bought pastes.

I use equal parts ginger and chili. Blend them in the mixer. I add a little bit of salt and freeze the mixture in a tray. That's it!

I use this paste in my everyday cooking; from making curries to daal to green cilantro chutney to snacks. Adding flavor is easy with a ready made paste like this. It takes less than 15 mins to make and store. And, lasts for a long time,

What's more, this way I avoid throwing away fresh produce.
