Here is a list of things I always keep in my pantry
You'll notice that I've grouped ingredients. Many of my meals are made using ingredients from the Getting Started section.

GETTING STARTED

Lentils I typically keep in my pantry - husked black gram (urad daal), pigeon peas (toor daal), split chickpeas (chana daal), husked green gram (yellow moong daal)
Veggies I typically keep in my fridge - carrots, bell peppers, spring onions, cauliflower, broccoli, eggplant, green beans
