Ingredients:

1 cup         Yogurt

1/4 cup      Oats 

1/4 cup      Warm water


Optional 

Fresh fruit

Dried fruit

Chia seeds

Nuts

Granola


Yogurt and oats is such a versatile and filing combination. Make it sweet, make it savory; add fruits, nuts, and if you're adventurous make a raita with it!


I like my oats warm and without added sugar.

Method:

  1. Mix oats and water and simmer on low flame for a few minutes. Alternately you can soak oats overnight. 

  2. Mix or prepare a bowl with yogurt, oats, your choice of toppings.
