Chia seeds
Nuts
Granola
Yogurt and oats is such a versatile and filing combination. Make it sweet, make it savory; add fruits, nuts, and if you're adventurous make a raita with it!
I like my oats warm and without added sugar.

Method:
Mix oats and water and simmer on low flame for a few minutes. Alternately you can soak oats overnight.
Mix or prepare a bowl with yogurt, oats, your choice of toppings.
